This apartment building at Cavenagh Road project was focused on feasibility study. Our goal was to help Client visualise what possibilities he has within existing site. There were three main options that were developed into basic concept design: demolishing of existing building and erection of new one 5 storey + attic hight, erection of new one within existing hight of 3 storeys or simple alterations and additions to existing building. Within first option there were two suboptions: designing more small units within building or making it more exclusive and intimate by designing bigger size units.
