This residence was designed to serve groving family so the main concept was to have four independent units with common communication area and entertainment at the attic level. Except the attic there are two storeys and raised basement with parking spaces, laundry, storage and M&E areas.
Building is simple in form but carefully designed with use of wood, white plaster and dark grey metal elements on the facades what gives elegant but cosy and comfortable appearance. Very important part of residence are green areas. Planters on first and second floor and open garden at the attic are gving additional soft touch to it’s sophisticated look.
