       Building in innovative and sustainable LVL and CLT technology;
       stage: concept and developed design 

•     The Terraces Hotel in Kawarau Village, Queenstown, NZ
       Design of new 4 star Hotel with 260 rooms, rooftop restaurant and car-stacker parking. 
       Hotel area: 16,805m2. Together with Apartment Building and Townhouses new

       development is occupying 38,000m2 section on the shores of Lake Wakatipu.

•     Wildbase and Administration Building - Massey University Campus, Palmerston North, NZ  
       Veterinary hospital and new main entrance for the Institute of Veterinary, Animal and

       Biomedical Sciences, offices for staff, common rooms and other administration facilities;
