Date: Nov 2012 – March 2013 Architectural office: Tierra Design + POD Usable floor area: 380 m2
Retail building is located in the waterfront promenade area. It accomodates retail spaces, riverfront cafe and toilets. Design of building and landscape area around it was developing to achieve integrity with whole waterfront promenade area and with the main idea for the project which was blending nature with architecture and infrastructure.
