Clubhouse and Lifestyle building was designed to accomodate badminton court, sqash court, restaurant, offices and retail areas. It’s mainly two storey high building with shallow basement level in badminton court area. The green rooftop is connecting two sides of main road of township.
The biggest chalenge during design process was change of shape of plot that could be use for development by authorities in very late Design Development stage of project.
On both sdes of building in clubhouse and lifestyle part there are double storey high lobby areas conecting all facilities. Also both sides of building are ending with stairs and ramps that allow to connect inside of building with outsite, providing great views on riverfront promenade with amphitheatre from one side and activity lawn and precteation park from the other side.
